Anderson Clinical Search is led by Founder and CEO Mark Anderson, who has specialised in life-science recruitment since 2010.
This included 15 years at a global life-science recruitment firm, progressing to Director and building global teams and divisions, latterly taking on a more operations-focused position whilst still recruiting at a senior level.
Mark’s experience includes hiring for ~100 Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Device/MedTech, CRO and Not-for-Profit organisations on a fully global basis – including the UK, Europe, US, Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific. Mark has placed over 300 individuals, permanent and contract, including Board-level/NEDs, Heads of Department/VPs, and building out teams of 30+.
Key areas of expertise include Clinical Operations, Clinical Development and Project Management recruitment, as well as C-suite, Board and NED appointments.
Mark founded Anderson Clinical Search in November 2025 with a focus on supporting SME Biotech, Medical Device, MedTech and CRO clients to hire high-calibre staff in the UK, Europe and US.
